Operated by Tanglewood Care Homes, this state-of-the-art facility offers an exceptional environment tailored to the needs of its residents, with a particular focus on dementia care.
The project was developed with a commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, achieving a BREEAM New Construction Rating of Very Good, an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Rating of A, and targeting a BREEAM In-Use Score of Excellent.
