The new Huafa West HQ project, located in the heart of Jinwan aviation new town will deliver 98,000m2 of commercial office space, hotel and residential accommodation for the ever-expanding city. 

Secured through an international design competition, the project is one of the many successful collaborations between our UK design studios and our associated company, Holmes Miller China, based in Guangzhou, PRC. 

The design exudes calmness and confidence through a careful integration of the three different building functions. The building form is a progressive manipulation of the massing to sculpture an integrated urban form, not three separate entities, but one which belongs to the overall hierarchy of the city fabric.
