Holmes Miller were appointed Architect for the design and delivery of this multi-use Community Health+Wellbeing Hub in 2020.

The Riverside scheme will integrate within a new residential masterplan at Govan Water Row, on the site of the former Harland and Wolff ship building factory.

The proposed building will offer amenities to the new neighbourhood and the wider Govan area, enhancing existing offers and providing a new Community Hub.

Along with Govan Housing Association, University of Glasgow are a key stakeholder and will be locating part of their sports faculty within the building.
