Build to Rent project granted planning permission

Holmes Miller are delighted to see our designs for the Beith Street residential development, for KR Developments, being granted planning permission.  

Beith Street is our third build-to-rent project in Glasgow, and at 424 units is our largest to date.  It is ideally placed - close to Glasgow University Western Campus, overlooking the River Kelvin, adjacent Partick Interchange - to benefit from the rental market and support the economic growth in the West End.   

The development contains four residential towers sitting perpendicular to the Kelvin with open landscape in between, a continuation of the riverside walkway, internal amenity including café and gym and spectacular rooftop terrace gardens.
