Oatlands Regeneration

Holmes Miller submitted details of the last Phase of Oatlands Regeneration to Glasgow City Council in a Matters Specified in Conditions application on 17 February. The application includes 320 flats and the refurbishment of Richmond Park, which includes a new Model Boat Clubhouse. This Phase takes the development up to Shawfield Junction and forms a gateway landmark at the east end of the new community
